①以中标总金额为计算基数，100万元（含）以下：1.50%；100-500（含)万元：1.10%。按差额定率累进法计算出总费用后，再按中标总金额对应的折扣数【中标金额为100万元（含）以下的折扣数为90%；中标金额为100-500（含）万元的折扣数为80%】一次性打折计算。其中整个项目服务费超过4.5万元的按4.5万元计取，一个采购包保底收费标准为3000元。按照计算标准超过封顶费用的或者低于保底费用的按照保底、封顶方式标准收取代理服务费。②中标人在领取中标通知书的同时以转账方式一次性付清招标代理服务费，转账时请备注项目编号。 ③招标代理服务费专用账号：117010100100003202；开户名称：福建方兴招标代理有限公司；开户行：兴业银行股份有限公司福州总行大厦营业部；邮箱：fxzb178@。
